Email Advertising Consent Agreement
This Email Advertising Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ART DSTRKT L.L.C-FZ, located at Business Center 1, M Floor The Meydan Hotel Nad Al Sheba Dubai, U.A.E, with trade license number 2305694.01, registered in Meydan Free Zone ("Company"), and the recipient ("Recipient") for the purpose of receiving advertising emails from the Company.
1. Consent
By providing their email address and opting-in to receive advertising emails from the Company, Recipient hereby consents to receive commercial electronic messages from the Company for marketing and promotional purposes.
2. Scope
The advertising emails may include, but are not limited to, promotional offers, product updates, special events, newsletters, and other marketing communications related to the products and services offered by the Company.
3. Opt-Out
Recipient acknowledges that they have the right to opt-out of receiving advertising emails from the Company at any time. Opt-out instructions will be provided in each advertising email sent by the Company, and Recipient may also unsubscribe by contacting the Company directly.
4. Frequency
The Company will strive to limit the frequency of advertising emails to a reasonable level and will not engage in excessive or intrusive email marketing practices.
5. Data Usage
Recipient's email address and any other personal information provided for the purpose of receiving advertising emails will be used in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
6. Compliance
The Company agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial electronic messages, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the CAN-SPAM Act
7. Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Recipient will be notified of any material changes to the Agreement via email or through a prominent notice on the Company's website. Continued receipt of advertising emails after such changes constitutes Recipient's acceptance of the revised Agreement.
